Jill M. Olson, BS - Site Director
Jill has been with ReproTech since 1999, first serving as a Client Services Administrator and assuming Site Director responsibilities in 2011. Jill earned her BS Degree from the University of MN. Jill has worked as an assistant manager at a health club, a director at a daycare center, and in a classroom with children with autism. Jill is an active member of the American Association of Tissue Banks and currently serves on the Bylaws and Ethics committee. She enjoys biking, reading, volunteering at school and being active in the PTO.
Kathleen M. McIntosh, BS - Administrative Assistant
Kathy has served as the Administrative Assistant for ReproTech since 1996. Her prior experience includes 15 years of Customer Service in the cryobanking industry, as well as teaching science to junior high students. Her special areas of expertise at ReproTech include administration, compliance documentation and management of RTL’s Donor Embryo Program. Kathy graduated from the University of MN. Kathy maintains interests in craft projects, hiking the trails of northern Minnesota, reading and working in her garden.
Bennett (Ben) Hackner, BS - Client Services Representative
Ben earned both a BS Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. Ben joined the staff of ReproTech, Ltd.’s MN office following a long career with Unisys Corporation where he was employed as a software engineer and team leader. Ben is currently employed as a Customer Service Representative with ReproTech, Ltd. His past work experience with Unisys has allowed Ben to provide valuable assistance to ReproTech Ltd staff in solving software related issues. Ben gives back to his community as a volunteer with Meals On Wheels. Ben is a golfer, bowler, runner and sports enthusiast concentrating on Minnesota based college and professional sports team. Ben and his wife have done extensive traveling both in the US and overseas with Ben making use of his photography hobby by documenting their travels.
Callie K. Johnson, BA - Office Assistant
Callie earned her Bachelor of Arts from Mankato State University, with a minor in Business Administration. Her previous experience includes working in the customer service industry, primarily in retail. She most recently was Manager of a women’s clothing boutique. Callie enjoys spending time with her husband. They like to head up north to the cabin and enjoy the fire or get outside and do some hard work. They enjoy vacationing, going for walks, and reading together.
May Xiong Yee, BS - Office Assistant
May earned a BS degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University. She has previously worked in customer service in the financial industry as well as retail. We are excited to have May join the ReproTech team in MN. May enjoys spending time with her family going on walks, playing sports together and going fishing on the boat. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and experimenting with new food and doing interior design work.
