Q: How has your professional background prepared you for this new role as ReproTech's Biorepository Manager?

Cristian:

As an Andrologist and Embryologist, I have focused on maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care while helping families grow. This experience has given me an appreciation of the importance of Reprotech’s mission. I have a unique understanding of the requirements to ensure patient samples are properly cared for after freezing. Working in both laboratory and leadership roles has strengthened my technical expertise and taught me how to collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional patient care. These experiences have inspired a deep commitment to advancing safety, transparency, and innovation for the benefit of our clinic partners and their patients.
