Reprotech is proud to announce the launch of its first Operational Excellence Council, a company-wide initiative focused on enhancing safety, consistency, and operational quality across all facilities. The Council brings together team members who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to upholding high standards of care within the IVF industry.

Purpose: Building a Foundation for Scalable, Long-Term Excellence

The Council is tasked with identifying and implementing the safest, most effective, and efficient processes across Reprotech’s national network. Through structured training and collaboration, Council members will adopt operational excellence methodologies to:

• Improve safety outcomes
• Enhance cryostorage quality standards
• Eliminate inefficiencies
• Promote consistency in critical workflows

These efforts reflect Reprotech’s core mission: to deliver IVF industry-leading cryostorage services that meet the highest standards of care and reliability.

Leadership and Support Behind the Initiative

The Operational Excellence Council is led by Noreen Hobayan, Reprotech’s Director of Quality and Operational Excellence, and is sponsored by senior leadership, including:

• Amy Erickson Hagen, Vice President of Quality and Innovation
• Heather Cummins, Vice President of Operations

Together, they will guide the Council’s efforts and ensure that innovations piloted through the program align with Reprotech’s long-term strategic goals.
