Senior Product Owner

Role Summary:
As Senior Product Owner, you'll support the strategic direction and delivery of our core products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define and maintain product roadmaps, manage the backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure development priorities align with business goals and customer needs.
You'll drive forward our Cryologix platform and other in-house products, leading discovery work to understand user needs, and using data and prioritisation frameworks to guide decision-making. You'll run all Agile ceremonies, define and monitor product KPIs, and bring commercial awareness and technical fluency to your conversations across the business. As part of a global team spanning the USA and UK, you'll collaborate across time zones to deliver high-quality products.
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET & DevOps)

Role Summary:
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll drive the design, development, and modernisation of our core systems - delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions across clinic and patient portals, system integrations, internal tools, and our CRM platform. You'll have the freedom to shape how we solve problems for both internal teams and external customers.
You'll collaborate closely with senior engineers, Product, QA, IT, and external partners - guiding architectural decisions, upholding engineering best practices, and mentoring teammates. As part of a global team spanning the USA and UK, you'll contribute to platform strategy and continuous improvement across the full SDLC. We're also strengthening our DevOps capabilities. You'll help drive best practices around CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment - with training and progression opportunities as this area grows.

Role Summary:
The Administrative Specialist plays an important role in supporting Reprotech’s day-to-day operations, serving as a primary point of contact for customers, clinics, and internal teams. This position is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and account-related activities, including inbound communications, account setup, scheduling, documentation processing, billing support, and coordination of specimen shipments. The Administrative Specialist develops a strong working knowledge of Reprotech’s systems and procedures to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across all interactions.
Working both independently and as part of a collaborative office team, this role helps to maintain seamless operational flow across customer service, billing, and logistics. The Administrative Specialist supports account lifecycle management—from intake through invoicing and ongoing maintenance—while contributing to process consistency and customer satisfaction. Success in this role is defined by attention to detail, effective communication, timely follow-through, and the ability to support Reprotech’s mission of providing secure, long-term reproductive tissue storage.
