    Most transfers are personally delivered by trained Reprotech staff. When that is not possible, we use UPS Premier Healthcare or qualified medical couriers for priority handling and monitoring.

    Specimens travel in specialized cryogenic containers that are sealed, monitored, and carefully checked before and after each shipment.

Special Storage Fees: Potentially Infectious (PI)

A note about special storage fees: Potentially Infectious (PI) Reprotech provides storage services for patients who have tested positive for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis or other communicable diseases. We have separate shipping and storage tanks that are used exclusively for PI Specimens. Storage fees for Potentially Infectious (PI) specimens are higher.

Special Storage (PI) Annual Fees*:

  • Embryos: $731
  • Oocytes (eggs): $638
  • Semen (sperm): $638

  1. Scan the QR code or visit reprotech.com/get-started/ to set up your Reprotech portal account login credentials. Once Multi-Factor Authentication is set up you will begin your consent form via a secure signing experience in Docusign.
  2. Provide Discount Code: CF30 in the payment section of your consent form.
  3. Your completed forms will enable Reprotech staff to coordinate with your clinic when it is time for your specimen transfer.
