• We do not charge for add-ons such as handling or account setup fees.
• When clients store embryos with us, there are no extra storage fees for semen or oocytes.

• Enter your email, clinic state, and clinic name in the form.
• If you are not working with a fertility clinic, please mark the checkbox.
• You will receive an email shortly with an attached pdf price sheet.
