Welcome! If you’re new to ReproTech, start by signing up and creating an account.

Review these steps before beginning:

  • Select “Sign Up Now” below.
  • Enter your personal information.
  • Choose a password and click Submit.
  • You’ll be redirected to DocuSign to complete the consent process (10 minutes). You can save your progress and return anytime.
  • Once your consent form is submitted via DocuSign, you’ll have full access to the ReproTech portal and begin the process of storing your specimens at ReproTech.

Required information for signing up:

  • Email Address:
    • Your email will be used for important account correspondence. Please use an email that is checked often.
    • Personal Health Information will be delivered to this address including a copy of your DocuSign contract(s).
  • Payment Method:
    • Your credit/debit card or E-Check information for payment verification will be entered during your DocuSign process.
    • Your auto-pay enrollment and credit card authorization will remain in effect until it is cancelled in writing.
