Amy earned her Master of Science in Reproductive Physiology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal and Range Science from North Dakota State University. She joined ReproTech in 2015, bringing over 12 years of expertise in project management and regulatory compliance within the reproductive industry.

Before ReproTech, Amy served as Corporate Compliance Officer at the Genetics & IVF Institute, overseeing a sperm bank, egg bank, and infertility practice. There, she developed and implemented policies, procedures, and audit systems to meet regulatory standards and established robust quality systems. Her diverse background includes research in placental IUGR, work as an embryologist/andrologist at an IVF clinic, and roles as cryobank manager and technical director.\

Amy has been a strong advocate for sperm banking prior to cancer treatment, partnering with Fertile Hope and LIVESTRONG to establish a national financial aid program for cancer patients. She also pioneered a mail-in sperm banking kit that received recognition in The Wall Street Journal. Her experience spans clinical infertility, third-party reproduction processing, regulation, and project management.

Amy is an active member of the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB), serving on the Standards and Programs Committees. She also holds memberships with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories (ISBER), RESOLVE, and the American Board of Bioanalysts (ABB), where she has achieved the distinguished Technical Supervisor certification.

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending sporting events, and keeping up with her kids’ activities.
